Serenity the Spa
Rates
Serenity the Spa offers hourly rates as well as massage packages and contract rates for added savings. Our Onsite Chair Massage rates include all fees.
Gratuities
Our goal at Serenity the Spa is to bring you outstanding service. Gratuities are appreciated, 15-20% is customary.
Cancellations
To reschedule an appointment, please contact Serenity the Spa as soon as possible.
A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for any canceled appointments. Cancellations of less than 24 hours will be charged 50% of the scheduled service price.
If you do not call to cancel or do not show up for your appointment, you will be charged full price of the scheduled service.
Referrals
At Serenity the Spa, we offer several ways to save you money through referrals.
- Refer a friend or family member: receive an additional 15 minutes added to an massage service *
- Refer a business for onsite, corporate chair massage: receive an additional 15 minutes added to any massage service *
* The additional time may be combined. For example, refer 4 friends, family members or businesses and receive a free 60 minute massage!
